Program Founder | Airline Transport Pilot | Class 1 Flight Instructor | Transport Canada Flight Test Examiner

Dario Matrundola is a licensed commercial pilot with over 30 years of experience in flight training and aviation management. With more than 10,000 flight hours, he holds an Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) and a Class 1 Flight Instructor Rating, the highest level of instructor certification, authorizing him to train pilots to become instructors.
Dario founded the Flight Dispatcher program in 1998 and has delivered it for York University and numerous Canadian airlines and organizations. His work has helped shape one of Canada’s longest-running dispatcher training pathways, built on consistency, professionalism, and real operational relevance.
Dario is also an aviation entrepreneur who has founded and managed multiple aviation operations, including:
01 Canadian Flyers Flight Training School (Owner & President), now based at Lindsay Airport
02 Canadian Flyers World Aviation Services, providing charter services in Madagascar and Guyana
03 Canadian Flyers Medevac Operations, delivering air ambulance services across Canada

05 Exam preparation that strengthens understanding, not shortcuts

Samad Kadri is an airline pilot with over 7,000 flight hours and a strong background in airline operations and professional instruction. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL), a Class 1 Flight Instructor Rating, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Technology.
Sam currently flies the Boeing 787 Dreamliner for Air Canada, and previously operated the Airbus A320 and Airbus A220, giving students real insight into modern airline operations, dispatch coordination, and how flight crews rely on strong ground support.
His previous aviation experience includes:
